Late by all accounts, but the whole episode where Phoebe finds out about Monica and Ross and tries to mess with them is funny.
I think there are probably some funny scenes in early series, too.
Most of it is very surface level and bland though.
What’s the spin off?
Also the money is not proof of funny, you could make that off with the drama and romance series too.
