Is it classist to say “see a doctor” about a more general medical problem?
…because that’s the equivalent advice.

That’s just retching from the god-awful stink.
All the dopeheads really need to know how strongly they smell. Not smoking… outdoors, with a stiff breeze, you can be 5-10 metres away and still smell it.
It’s pungent.
If you want to smoke the stuff, smoke it. Fine by me. Just change your clothes and shower after.
No problems isn’t excellent.
No problems is what I expect. It should be ordinary. Excellence means they went over and above.
…and very good at a 9 and exceptional at a 10.
Sounds like a good scale to me. You need headroom for a really good experience.
Legion was a GREAT show.

Bring back GTA and GTA2.
It’s interesting when America tries to make British panel shows (like the recent HIGNFY one). The competition aspect and the points, which are only a conceit in the British version, start having importance. They care who wins and it destroys the comedy. The right answer becomes more important than the funny answer.
Calling it “tracks” probably gave the wrong impression. It was a ring around the hub that looked a bit different.
People in the thread are talking about limewire, but I think they are missing the bigger reference here.
Downloading games, burning them onto CD-Rs and then using a Sharpie to make the inner tracks of the disc unreadable as they contained the copy protection.
My only confusion is that I swear it was Playstation and not PC that worked like this.
Depends which end you start.
…or maybe that doesn’t matter.

Most people don’t hold logically consistent sets of values, and that’s ok. There’s always going to be things that you think make sense on a social scale, but when the individual case is raised it feels wrong.
The key is being honest with yourself when it happens and try to understand if it makes one of your positions wrong (or both).

How do you know they’re unloaded?

I agree it’s about power, and people get hopped up on feeling that power.
However, please stay the fuck away from any protests. You’re likely to get other people killed brandishing guns whether they are loaded or not.

How many missile defence systems do you own?
You can find something interesting without needing to own it.

Interesting how OP talked about him killed with your his weapon, and you spun it around to you killing someone else.
Which do you think is more likely if you get in a bar brawl?

Except that’s not true.
An imperial fluid ounce is 1⁄20 of an imperial pint, 1⁄160 of an imperial gallon or exactly 28.4130625 mL.
A US customary fluid ounce is 1⁄16 of a US liquid pint and 1⁄128 of a US liquid gallon or exactly 29.5735295625 mL, making it about 4.08% larger than the imperial fluid ounce.
A US food labeling fluid ounce is exactly 30 mL.
So we have 28.4g, 29.6g or 30g of water. An ounce is 28.3g (closest to the imperial measures and neither of the US ones, despite the ounce being common to imperial and US systems)

Nobody is saying to you that blocking shouldn’t be available. They are saying to you that blocking large numbers of people to create a bubble is harmful to you and the wider community.
Hence blocking people who agree with a certain post is going too far. The action is too heavy handed for the “crime”. It would be a harmful feature. It’s"shooting people in the head for laughing at an edgy joke" levels of heavy handedness.
That sounds like an American health system problem.
At some point, seeking help is the best advice that can be given. It can be for fixing a blocked drain or fixing your head. Cost can be a barrier, sure, but it doesn’t make it bad advice. Therapy can come in many shapes and sizes too, from volunteer support groups all the way through to private 1 to 1 sessions with hourly rates so high they make your nose bleed.
The key thing is to get help.
