My answer made me think: did you try booting a live ISO to see if it’s your OS?
It’s most probably not the same problem but something similar happened to me a couple of times and entering into the BIOS setup and then back to boot menu from there made it go past the black screen.

Had never heard about it but it comes across as a very noisy place with lots of Gadsen flags and videos about Disney supplying kids to Epstein :-/
There’s a page somewhere that, if you allow it to, opens hundreds of tabs in the background pointing to a bunch of lifestyle and commercial sites so your shadow profile ends up looking nothing like you. I will try to find it again.
