I was just letting some frustrations into the keyboard. True, I don’t personally know any trans people. And my frustration stems from both sides claiming they have the One True Answer to the questions about sex and gender.

The more discussion I see about trans people, both for and against, the less tolerance I have for all of it. I’m becoming both anti-trans and anti-cis. Just let people live they way they want, and try to respect it up to some reasonable level of effort. The whole gender thing is bs in the first place.

I remember most older people appearing “normal” when I was younger. But now that I’m almost 40 most of my peers seem unapologeticaly unhinged. Not fitting into what our parents thought as non-weird at all.

Actually, maybe kids these days see me as “perfectly normal old guy”, and it’s just a generational divide.
