Yeah! Look up white bean soup or navy bean soup, those are the classics. I was just spit balling though - my favorite thing about soup is you can put whatever the heck you want in there.

Edit to add: Pumpkin soups are totally awesome too! One of the best ones I ever had was pumpkin soup filled with chunks of seafood and served in a roasted pumpkin. At first I was like “seafood, pumpkin? Blegh.” But then I tasted it and I was like “oh damn”.

  • Marinara is a sauce made primarily with tomatoes, cooked down to the desired thickness. Usually dark, well cooked and rich. Gazpacho is a chilled soup made with raw vegetables, blended together. Tomato is usually used as a base but it’s not always the main ingredient. You can make lots of different gazpachos. A bloody Mary is a cocktail made with straight tomato juice, no cooking or blending involved. You would not toss your pasta in this, unless you were an alcoholic that liked to eat disgusting pasta.

  • I wish I could smoke every day, but I get the munchies something fierce and I will put on weight immediately. I have to quit for my health. I just finished an eighth over the holiday weekend though, and I kinda hate myself right now.

This is after already quitting drinking, so I don’t have many escapes left haha. I’m out here raw dogging the dystopian future with just my mind bro.

This elitist attitude is one of the reasons why some people won’t even try Linux because they fear they will be ridiculed as soon as they need to ask for help.

This feels like a fantasy you made up in your head. It’s not like you even need to ask anyone for help anyway. All the documentation is out there for almost anything you wanna do on Linux. There is nothing elite about it. Unless you use arch btw.
