I had zero problems with either FF or Signal after the first weeks though I migrated over to Fennec and Molly as alternatives since then. Sorry, I can’t help with lichess though I can say that my nonograms work fine. =P

The only “territory” that deliberately manipulating a title comes with is that of misinformation. For what other reason would another application be wedged in? Why are other grants left out? It’s all very plain.

As someone that moved to Linux and has become accustom to full control of my system, I finally feel seen when it comes to GrapheneOS. Here’s to a native root solution down the road, your take a la sandboxing sounds nifty.

I believe Oracle is still offering to slice off a bit of compute for free that should accomplish OP’s goal. I’ve used it to test a Jellyfin host among other things and for the price it can’t be beat!
