I drive twenty minutes to and from work but it is always against traffic. It looks so miserable seeing all the cars pile up on the other side on the way home.

I’m the same way. I like meeting new people but get disinterested easily. I know for a fact I’m introverted because I get exhausted in social gatherings and prefer alone time or casual convo. An extroverted introvert is what I’ve been labeled as.
Bruhh@lemmy.worldto Today I Learned@lemmy.world•TIL: Rotten Tomatoes is owned by Comcast (75%) and Warner Bros. Discovery (25%)English7·2 months agoAs someone who’s never had an issue with Comcast. I still hate comcast for the pure fact that they have a monopoly in my area.
I’m trying to self host navidrome in docker with a cloudflare domain and reverse proxy on the same network. Still fiddling myself since I keep getting a 403 cloudflare no access error.
Essentially, using cert provided by cloudflare where they proxy to my ip. From there the reverse proxy routes to my service. If I’m understanding it right, anyone with my domain would only see cloudflare ip instead of my own. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. I’m still learning this stuff as well.
Prior to this, I was using tailscale which worked fine but I’d have to connect via tailscale everytime and some instances, it wouldn’t connect properly at all.
I also would like to know
What issues have you had? Mine connects fine without issue and the quality is ok at best but my car speakers aren’t exactly preem. My antenna is even broken off and has a hard time catching regular stations but no issues with my transmitter nor with the bluetooth part of it.
I have one that is bluetooth to cassette. Unfortunately, it has a lot of artifacts during playback. Opted for a bluetooth transmitter that connects to an empty radio channel? Frequency? Works well.
Bruhh@lemmy.worldto Privacy@lemmy.ml•Looking for more communities about privacy that are less psychotic than Privacy Guides0·4 months agoDo you have a threat model? It’s a good layout of what you deem essential in terms of privacy and what you are willing to compromise. Better than going down the rabbit hole of privacy.
What vpn are you using? Could always split tunnel.
Yup. Not just Lofi either. Classical and Jazz too.
Allegory of the cave moment.
Notesnook is pretty good. On fdroid, flathub and windows.
Bruhh@lemmy.worldto Privacy@lemmy.ml•Company creates "solution" to address school "vaping incidents".91·1 year agoPrivacy isn’t restricted to just your data on file. You’d expect some sort of privacy in bathrooms (I assume that’s where these would be installed). It can also set a precedent. Maybe they start tracking cellphone use “ensure students are paying attention”. Maybe they start tracking how often students are using the restroom, especially female students to gather data on their cycles (incredibly plausible depending on the state). Maybe they track their exact movements via school wifi. Maybe they give them laptops to spy on them at home. None of these obviously equate to one another but where does the school draw the line? Rather not have this shit in the first place.
Nah, it’s a French movie released in 2016 but I guess it’s called Grave in French. Basically some vegetarians (I thought they were vegan hence the reference that no one seemed to like) turn into cannibals.
You ever see the movie Raw? Yeah not good
I’m huge in the credit card game with all sorts of cards but it is a privacy I am willing to sacrifice.
Only very few shops in my areas and mostly just local resturants. So yeah, it makes sense to use cash then but it isn’t the norm around here.
I’ve only seen small/local businesses, sometimes big gas chains, give a cash discount so naturally it makes sense to use cash when I can but it is very few shops still.
Trump would rather give 1000$ to immigrants than American citizens. Not what I voted for.
