The “different sides” argument is a fallacy. If 100 geologists say the planet is round, and one geologist says it’s flat, both sides don’t deserve equal amounts of space to discuss it.
Check with Lenovo. They had a large number of Thinkpads with bad usbc ports. They might cover it outside of warranty.
A really long time ago they had a bios bug where if you did a battery test it would never end the test and be stuck with a turned off charge port and a dead battery, with no way to turn the test off.
Back up your files and let it perform a reset. Random crashes are not normal and could very well be a hardware issue. If it’s still happening after a reset and install of updates and stable drivers then you’re looking at hardware troubleshooting.
Does the main board manufacturer have a bootable diagnostics environment? Use that to test to start.
Personal pronouns of any sort are fine. 3rd person pronouns are grammatically awkward and confusing to the reader when substituted for 1st person/personal pronouns. We aren’t talking about a 3rd party, we’re talking about you.
3rd person reference is annoying. No alternate software. Try a remote access solution and using the browser from a different machine.
Test all 4, note which failed. Remove one stick and retest. Return then remove a different stick. Keep doing this until you know which stick and slot is bad.
If it never errors on 3 sticks, move them around and see if the issue follows a stick or stays on one slot.
If it’s a newer intel cpu it could also be related to that bug they announced.
See if your mobo vendor has their own hardware test to see if it can find issues beyond memory.
Can you daisy chain a monitor?
Does it work if you lower the resolution of all three?

I see a similar issue in designing systems that must stay operational. Designing for a single fault is pretty simple, but designing for 2 or more faults becomes difficult and expensive, fast.
Power supply for instance. You can get a 2nd power supply in case your 1st goes out. You can get a UPS in case your power goes out, you can get a 2nd ups in case your first goes out, you can get your own generator and generator maintenance service plans in case of a multi hour outage. At this point you’re still under $50k
You can design, zoning/permit, and build your own fuel reserves. You can have a separate grid interconnect agreement built. You can build a power plant with railway interconnects for for fuel delivery.

I feel like they should have tied this somehow to an existing hotel instead of trying to make a completely new one with such a small number of rooms and high overhead cost.
