Is there a firefox extension that disable the web connection of other extensions?

Why you need such an extension ? What’s the point of it when users installs extension only they need. Firefox never forces you to install one and nothing bundled with it by default !
this extension could help me use extensions that I don’t trust but need their funcitonality
